Metal and Gloam was born from a love of the arts, reading and romance. I have always been drawn to items that have presence and aren't scared to make a statement. This space is where those interests finally take form.

I have two goals with Metal and Gloam. The first is to help make individuals feel confident in their everyday lives that wear glasses. My eyeglass links will add to your natural beauty and uniqueness, by being subtly seductive, and effortlessly expressive. I used to feel like my glasses took away from my face and weighed on my confidence. We don't get the option to choose to not wear them, so why not accessorize them into a statement piece that makes you excited that you do get to wear them.

My second goal is creating pieces for your own favorite corner, reading nook or well-loved room that brings warmth, joy and character. My lampshades start as forgotten and have lost their purpose. I upcycle and transform them back to life, bringing a spark back to them that will also bring a spark into your space.

I have plans to introduce a few more items in the future, but for now, my focus remains on my eyeglass links and lampshades.
